Wil jij de luchthaven van vandaag en morgen helpen vormgeven? Stop met dromen en kom ons team versterken Om ons departement Operations te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Head of Security. De Head of Security definieert en implementeert het Securitybeleid voor Brussels Airport Company, de luchthavenuitbater van de nationale luchthaven en zorgt ervoor dat BAC opereert conform de wettelijke vereisten die voortvloeien uit de nationale en internationale regelgeving op het vlak van Aviation Security. Deze conformiteit of compliance zal worden bevestigd tijdens audits en inspecties door nationale en internationale autoriteiten. Naast het aspect luchtvaartbeveiliging bepaalt de Head of Security in nauw overleg met de publieke veiligheidsdiensten, de landzijdige beveiligingsmaatregelen op het luchthavendomein. Bij dit alles waakt de Head of Security erover dat deze securityprocessen worden georganiseerd op een klantvriendelijke manier. Als people manager is de Head of Security is ook verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing en coaching van het Security Departement (130 FTE) De Head of Security is verantwoordelijke voor het beheer van verschillende contracten voor beveiligingsdiensten. Het realiseren van deze taken en doelstellingen gebeurt in continu overleg met publieke en private (veiligheid)partners op de luchthaven, met nationale en internal overheden en met andere luchthavens binnen de belangenorganisatie ACI. Erover waken dat (wettelijke) vereisten inzake security worden toegepast in alle luchthavenprocessen die onder de verantwoordelijkheid vallen van de luchthavenuitbater (BAC) Beheren van het Luchthaven Beveiligingsplan. Aansturen van het BAC-security team; direct aansturen van 4 security managers en een team van 7 Security Duty Managers; indirect aansturen van 130 interne security medewerkers(co-) Beheren van bewakingscontracten; erop toezien dat de bewakingsdiensten worden geleverd in overeenkomst met het contract en conform met de toepasselijke regelgeving. Verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van positieve audit resultaten met betrekking tot compliancy Onderhouden van nationale en internationale contacten met diverse stakeholders : Federale Politie, DGLV, EU, TSA, ACI, Airlines, Handlers, etc.). Opvolgen van de evolutie in security technologie en deze implementeren in de beveiliging van de luchthaven. Optreden als secretaris van het LOVECO (Lokaal Veiligheids Committee) Verantwoordelijk voor de goede oplevering van specifieke (grotere) opdrachten (o.a. security contractmanagement transitie, LOVECO, enz.). Masterdiploma of minstens 10 jaar ervaring in een management rol. Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. In het bezit van opleiding certificaat ICAO AVSEC PM en voldoet aan de voorwaarden om het Mandaat te behalen van Adjunct - Hoofd Inspecteur Luchthaveninspectie Kennis in de volgende domeinen: Luchtvaartbeveiligingswetgeving, op Belgische, Europees en mondiaal vlak. De Belgische wetgeving inzake Private veiligheid – bewaking Security technologie (evolutie – trends) Politionele beleidsstructuren in BE Strafrecht en strafvorderingsrecht Een ruime ervaring in het managen van grote teams. Leiderschapskwaliteiten. Ervaring in het opstellen en behalen van doelstellingen, bepalen van prioriteiten in complexe omgevingen, management rapportering en communicatie, cross-departementale samenwerking, procesverbetering. Ervaring in het beheer van contracten (o.a. voor bewakings- en beveiligingsdiensten) Organisatietalent, vlot in het voeren van onderhandelingen, analytische capaciteiten. Een nationaal en internationaal netwerk in luchtvaartbeveiliging of bereid zijn om dat te ontwikkelen. . Ervaring in het beheer van contacten met overheden in het kader van de interpretatie en toepassing van nationale en internationale wetgeving. Aanreiken van oplossingen na analyse van de problematiek, met oog voor flexibele securityprocessen. Gaat je hart al sneller slaan?
