Download de USG EASY app, solliciteer in 1 klik en volg je sollicitatieproces stap voor stap Functieomschrijving USG Professional is op zoek naar een ervaren Business Controlling Partner voor een toonaangevende organisatie binnen de energiesector, actief in het beheer en de ontwikkeling van een betrouwbare, duurzame en toekomstgerichte energie-infrastructuur in België en Europa. Binnen de Finance-afdeling werk je nauw samen met het senior management en fungeer je als strategische financiële sparringpartner. Je draagt bij aan waardecreatie, winstgevendheid en onderbouwde besluitvorming. Wat ga je doen? Beheren van de volledige budget- en forecastcyclus voor corporate activiteiten Adviseren en challengen van management bij strategische en financiële beslissingen Analyseren van financiële prestaties, kostenstructuren en resource-allocatie Opstellen en opvolgen van KPI's, dashboards en managementrapportering Identificeren van risico's en verbeteropportuniteiten (kostenbesparing, optimalisatie) Brug slaan tussen financiële rapportering en strategisch advies Opvolgen van personeelskosten, corporate kosten, duurzaamheid en belastingen Bewaken van compliance, interne controles en financiële processen Profiel Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in (toegepaste) economie, handelsingenieur, … Minstens 10 jaar ervaring in Controlling. Grondige kennis van controlling- en boekhoudkundige principes; ervaring met regelgeving is een pluspunt. Vaardig in financiële managementsoftware en uitstekende kennis van MS Excel. Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt. Aantoonbare ervaring in people management. Uitstekende analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden. Aantoonbare ervaring met een “lean approach” en kostenreductie-initiatieven is een pluspunt. Sterke aandacht voor detail en nauwkeurigheid. Uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden; empathisch, assertief maar diplomatisch. Vloeiend in het Nederlands of Frans én Engels.
