From their offices located in Jette , you will play a key role by working directly with the General Manager and other key stakeholders in order to improve performance and support the company’s growth. This is a great opportunity to gain invaluable experience with international exposure that provides growth opportunities.
Your Tasks as Business Controller
Act as the financial co-pilot of the business , supporting strategic decisions, ensuring financial accuracy, and helping steer sustainable growth.
Become a key business partner to the General Manager , driving value through margin analysis and cost optimization .
Lead the forecasting and budgeting process , ensuring precision across all financial KPIs.
Manage monthly closings and collaborate with accounting teams to deliver accurate IFRS reporting .
Prepare and present performance reviews and business reports with actionable insights.
Building advanced financial models and analyses using Excel and ERP tools to support decision-making.
Your Profile as Business Controller
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Controlling (ideally in a large company)
Fluent in English and either French or Dutch . Knowledge of the other language is a strong asset.
Knowledge of financial tools such as SAP and Power BI (or equivalent)
