Konnekt is op zoek naar een Operations Business Controller die het managementteam ondersteunt bij strategische en operationele verbeteringen. Je vertaalt data en financiële inzichten naar concrete acties die de resultaten verbeteren, bent betrokken bij projecten zoals de inzet van financiële tools en optimalisatie van processen, en helpt bij het moderniseren van reporting en managementinformatie. Zo draag je bij aan een datagedreven, gezond en toekomstbestendig bedrijf. Functie omschrijving Je analyseert financiële resultaten van de winkels en adviseert over omzet, marge en kosten, waarbij je kansen voor verbetering signaleert en ondersteunt bij forecasts en budgetten. Je vertaalt trends naar concrete acties die het winkelrendement verbeteren. Je stelt business cases op voor winkelopeningen, verbouwingen en andere strategische initiatieven. Je ontwikkelt dashboards en rapportages die directie en operatie helpen bij snelle en onderbouwde besluitvorming. Je levert een waardevolle bijdrage aan projecten dankzij je analytisch vermogen en financiële kennis. Je werkt nauw samen met de operatie om inzichten om te zetten in acties en zo grip en resultaat te verbeteren.
