MCAM is marktleider in de verwerking van technische kunststoffen en composiet-materialen die de eigenschappen van metalen en andere materialen overtreffen en is wereldwijd fabrikant en verdeler van halffabrikaten (platen, staven en buizen) en eindproducten uit technische kunststoffen, gaande van polyamide en polyester tot hoogwaardige polyimide.

*Jouw functie*

Om onze kwaliteitsafdeling te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een Quality Lead voor het aansturen van het kwaliteitsteam in onze extrusieafdeling en ons Warehouse. Deze functie heeft als doel ervoor te zorgen dat de kwaliteit van het product, de processen en de diensten die onze organisatie levert, consistent zijn en voldoen aan de verwachtingen van de klant om zo het imago, de winstgevendheid en het concurrentievermogen van ons bedrijf voortdurend te verbeteren.Meer concreet behoren volgende verantwoordelijkheden tot jouw takenpakket:

* Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, opvolgen, evalueren en bijsturen van procedures en processen ter ondersteuning van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem;
* Je staat in voor het rapporteren, analyseren en opvolgen van interne afgekeurde producten en externe klachten;
* Je voert corrigerende en preventieve acties uit m.b.t. producten en procesverbetering;
* Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en opvolgen van interne audits, het bijwonen en opvolgen van externe audits;
* Je doet aan klantenondersteuning en -opvolging in alle kwaliteitsgerelateerde zaken;
* Je biedt ondersteuning aan onze aankoopafdeling bij het afstemmen van kwaliteitseisen met leveranciers, leveranciersklachten en het auditen van leveranciers;
* Je neemt de lead in het organiseren van de dagdagelijkse werking in - en het aansturen van het team van de kwaliteitsafdeling;
* Je detecteert opleidingsbehoeften in de organisatie (mbt kwaliteit) en in jouw team (mbt jouw medewerkers hun algemene ontwikkeling), voorziet de nodige opleidingen m.b.t. kwaliteit en neemt zelf ook regelmatig deel aan de nodige opleidingen of seminaries om jouw kennis up to date te houden;
* Je rapporteert periodiek aan de overkoepelende Quality Manager m.b.t. kwaliteitsissues en staat hier ook dagdagelijks over in contact met de verschillende interne afdelingen, klanten en leveranciers;
* Je bouwt jouw netwerk van ‘Quality peers’ uit in onze globale organisatie en draagt zo bij tot het delen van best practices m.b.t. kwaliteit in onze globale organisatie en dit i.h.k.v. continuous improvement van onze site.

*Profiel*

* Je hebt een *Masterdiploma Industrieel Ingenieur Chemie/Elektromechanica* of evenwaardig door ervaring;
* Je bent een echte *people coach* en eerste ervaring met het aansturen van een team daarbij is wenselijk;
* Je hebt reeds een basiskennis van het *extrusie*, en in het bijzonder van *kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen*;
* Werkervaring als *auditor of auditee* is wenselijk;
* Je hebt reeds ervaring met kwaliteitstools zoals Lean, Six sigma alsook met projectmanagement;
* Je hebt kennis van de *ISO normen* _ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 / IATF 16949 / AS9100 / GMP standard_
* Je hebt een goeie kennis *Nederlands *en *Engels*;
* Je bent flexibel om sporadisch te reizen indien nodig;
* Je werkt graag *hands- on*, bent *analytisch* en *goed georganiseerd*;
* Je bent een goeie *communicator *en houdt van een *klantgerichte*, *oplossingsgerichte* aanpak.
