Onze klant behoort inzake elektronische beveiliging tot de absolute pioniers in België. Om de interne werking verder te versterken, is men momenteel op zoek naar een TECHNICAL SUPPORT COORDINATOR.
Ben jij een technisch talent die energie haalt uit het helpen van anderen? Als Technical Support Specialist los je niet alleen technische vraagstukken op, maar maak je echt het verschil voor onze klanten en collega’s. Je bent de schakel tussen technische uitdagingen en slimme oplossingen, en samen met je team zorg je ervoor dat alles optimaal blijft functioneren. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen en problemen.
Je helpt klanten en collega-techniekers via telefoon, email en chat met technische vragen en storingen.
Je denkt actief mee over oplossingen en werkt nauw samen met je team om snel en efficiënt te handelen.
Je documenteert technische bevindingen zorgvuldig zodat we continu kunnen verbeteren.
Je zorgt voor een uitstekende klantbeleving door accuraat en oplossingsgericht te werken.
Je hebt ervaring in technische ondersteuning (bv. als technieker), of beschikt over de nodige technische kennis om een waardevolle bijdrage te leveren.
Je hebt een echte passie voor techniek en een nieuwsgierige instelling om steeds nieuwe oplossingen te vinden en te leren.
Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en weet technische informatie op een duidelijke en vriendelijke manier over te brengen, zowel in het Nederlands als Engels.
Je werkt graag samen in een hecht team en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
