Welke uitdaging ga je aan?
Als Construction Manager volg je meerdere projecten in uitvoeringsfase op. Je stuurt de werfleiders aan en je bent de spilfiguur tussen de bouwheer, het studiebureau en de aannemers. Concreet ziet jouw takenpakket er als volgt uit:
Als Construction Manager bereid je de uitvoering van de projecten voor. Je legt de algemene planning vast rekening houdende met de verschillende projectonderdelen (multi-disciplinair) en deelprojecten. Tijdens de uitvoeringsfase volg je de voortgang van de projecten op en stuur je de planning bij waar nodig
Je waakt over de budgetten en staat in voor cost control, waarbij je project risico’s identificeert en beheersbaar houdt
Je staat borg voor de veiligheid en je zorgt ervoor dat de aannemers de correcte methoden voor veilig werken toepassen
Je handhaaft goede relaties met alle stakeholders waaronder de bouwheer, engineering, maintenance, HSE, andere PM’s en de aannemers. Je zorgt hierbij voor een vlotte informatie-uitwisseling en -doorstroming
Na het voltooien van het project organiseer je ‘Lessons learned’ meetings en sta je in voor contractor evaluaties
Wat heb je in jouw mars?
Je hebt een gedegen technische achtergrond in Elektromechanica of Bouwkunde
Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in het opvolgen van multi-disciplinaire projecten van uitvoering tot oplevering, waarbij je het aanspreekpunt bent voor de verschillende stakeholders
Je bent communicatief en planmatig sterk. Je ben goed in staat om een helicopterview te behouden.
Je hebt een klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte mindset met oog voor resultaat
