Functie
Als Site Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en realiseren van het operationele beleid van jouw depot, met de focus op continue logistieke, IT- en procesoptimalisatie.
Dagelijks stuur je de operationele en administratieve afdelingen van jouw depot aan en waarborgt op die manier zowel een kwalitatieve als kwantitatieve optimale bedrijfsvoering.
Je bent dé persoon die de operationele & service organisatie op- en uitbouwt met het oog op de toekomst.
Concreet :
Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele activiteiten (magazijn, planning, customer service, chauffeurs)
Mee-uitrollen en uitvoeren van operationele strategie en doelstellingen
Opvolging planning, planning kritisch bekijken en efficiëntie bewaken op dagelijkse basis.
Implementatie & optimalisatie van bestaande of nieuwe logistieke processen .( Zowel administratieve als uitvoerende processen )
Op een heldere manier dit vertalen naar de medewerkers op de werkvloer
Het operationele proces overzien, meten en managen op de volgende deelgebieden via een dagelijks report
Operational excellence als bedrijfsdoelstelling implementeren en bewaken
Klantgerichtheid van alle medewerkers stimuleren en motiveren
Administratieve efficiëntie optimaliseren
Factuur- en kwaliteitscontrole
Beheer van de nodige resources om de organisatie optimaal te doen draaien (people, materialen, …)
Communiceren en stimuleren van de vooropgestelde operationele KPI’s
Maandelijks constructief deelnemen aan het operationeel overleg van de groep
Mee opstarten, opvolgen en implementeren van nieuwe (klantgerichte) projecten
Profiel
Voor de functie van Site Manager kunnen we je zo omschrijven :
Bachelor Logistieke Wetenschappen of gelijkwaardig denkniveau door ervaring
Minimum 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol of distributie-omgeving
Ervaring met implementatie, optimalisatie en standaardisatie van bedrijfsprocessen
Sterk ontwikkeld anticiperend en probleemoplossend vermogen
Hands-on en no nonsens mentaliteit
Empathische people manager en teamplayer met voorbeeldfunctie
Problem solver
Goede vaardigheden wat betreft MS Office en affiniteit met IT
Je werkt met duidelijk omschreven doelstellingen
Je werkt discreet, efficiënt en nauwkeurig en met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.
