Pour notre client spécialisé dans la valorisation des déchets, nous recherchons pour la région de Mont St Guibert un:
**Site Manager H/F**
**Tâches**:

- Responsable et motivateur du site de Mont St Guibert.
- Gestion des résultats du site.
- Mise en œuvre des modifications des méthodes de travail demandées par le MT Operations.
- Gestion des budgets.
- Mettre tout en oeuvre pour atteindre les KPI relatifs aux statistiques de production, à la gestion des coûts, à l’absentéisme, au niveau de service et aux objectifs liés à SHEQ.
- Apporter des améliorations, projets et procédures dans les domaines de la production, du stockage et du transit.
- Optimiser les améliorations sur le plan de la qualité, de la productivité, des coûts, de la concertation entre Sales et Operations en utilisant les supports et le personnel.
- Masterr ou expérience équivalente avec une bonne connaissance Technique.
- FR+ AN et NDLS (atout).
- Grande capacité d’écoute et d’analyse.
- Créatif.
- Leadership fort et capacités de gestion de talents.
- Excellent coach.
- Vous êtes une personne “orientée résultats”.
- Intérêt marqué pour la sécurité et l’amélioration continue.
