Your Responsibilities Project Follow-up & Delivery Act as delivery owner across multiple Security & Cyber Resiliency squads. Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective) and other Scrum-related meetings. Schedule, structure, and follow up on all key steps of the Scrum methodology. Ensure smooth application of Scrum and help the Project/Security teams overcome obstacles. Support the Product Owner in managing the Security Product Backlog and maintaining focus on priorities and scope. Assist the team in delivering the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, and security deliverables. Track capacity, velocity, and Agile metrics to ensure accurate planning and progress tracking. Coordinate dependencies and collaboration with squads, clusters, tribes, and stakeholders within a complex IT Continuity & Cyber Resilience environment. Security, Resiliency & Operational Activities Contribute to the development and maintenance of security solutions: frameworks, architecture, methods, tooling, and processes. Provide operational services related to IT Security Infrastructure, including incident, change, and release management. Ensure alignment of security solutions with evolving user and business needs. Define and monitor KPIs, detect trends and deviations, and identify opportunities to improve security and resiliency services. Support activities linked to the setup and testing of a third datacenter, designed to host critical services in case of major cyber or physical incidents. Project Methodology & Agile Coaching Coach and challenge the teams, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement. Remove impediments and protect the team from distractions to maintain delivery focus. Act as an Agile ambassador within the organization. Provide reporting to management on Agile deployment, progress, and risk mitigation. Participate in the Scrum Master Community of Practice, sharing knowledge, ideas, and good practices. Your Profile Experience & Knowledge Mandatory: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience. Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience in IT Security domains (IAM, Resiliency, Cyber Defense). Strong understanding of software development methodology, project management, and CI/CD tools. Experience with Agile reporting tools (e.g., Jira). Experience working in complex organizations and multicultural teams. Preferable: Experience in the financial services industry. Knowledge of automated unit testing, functional testing, and continuous integration tooling. Soft Skills Strong communication and influencing skills. Proactive, resilient, and hands-on mindset. Excellent analytical and organizational abilities. Autonomous, committed, and structured. Team player with the ability to work in dynamic, multicultural environments. Delivery-focused and quality-driven. Languages Fluent in English and French. Dutch is a strong plus.
