Role – Scrum Master (Remote, Europe) We are looking for a Scrum Master to strengthen our team and drive delivery performance across key international projects. This role is ideal for someone who brings structure, rigor and energy to Agile teams, ensuring alignment with governance standards while enabling a smooth and efficient development lifecycle. The position is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in Europe. Responsibilities Coordinate the Scrum team to ensure sprint commitments are delivered on time and at the expected quality level Facilitate Agile ceremonies with a strong focus on objectives, outcomes and delivery risks Act as the point of escalation for the team, identifying and managing blockers or issues in close collaboration with the Tech Lead Monitor, track and report progress through Jira dashboards, KPIs and concise updates Enforce Agile discipline, backlog hygiene, Definition of Done and quality gates Produce and maintain clear and structured technical and functional documentation Ensure full traceability across requirements, stories, defects, tests and releases Coordinate documentation inputs from developers, testers and architects Lead document review cycles and secure approvals Support release readiness activities and smooth handover to testing and DevOps teams Maintain structured knowledge repositories in Confluence and SharePoint Capture lessons learned and improve delivery processes Coach the team on ownership, accountability and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with standards, processes and regulatory expectations What You Need to Succeed Fluent in English Solid experience as a Scrum Master in an industrial or technical environment Strong understanding of Agile delivery, governance and documentation standards Excellent communication, organization and facilitation skills Experience with Jira, Confluence and Agile reporting Ability to manage risks, anticipate issues and support the team in a structured way Proactive mindset with a strong focus on delivery excellence Mindset We Value Adaptability and responsiveness Structured communication and problem solving Positive, proactive and collaborative attitude Commitment to continuous improvement Ability to build trust quickly and support team cohesion What We Offer Competitive salary Fully remote position open across Europe Training and career development opportunities A role within high tech, mission critical environments A culture that values expertise, structure, autonomy and impact Join a team where your leadership directly elevates delivery quality and shapes the success of complex, high value projects
