We're Looking for Entrepreneurs | Account Manager, Intervention Cardiology Are you a results-driven professional with an entrepreneurial mindset? Join a leading healthcare company in the Benelux, focused on intervention cardiology. Represent a portfolio of hospital accounts, build strong relationships with cardiologists and purchasers, and drive business growth in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Your Role: • Develop and manage a portfolio of hospitals and cardiology clients under an exclusive mandate • Prospect and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand relationships • Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities in intervention cardiology • Negotiate and close profitable agreements • Manage the full sales cycle and build lasting relationships with cardiologists, purchasers, and hospital stakeholders • Operate independently while collaborating closely with colleagues and management • Achieve and exceed ambitious revenue and growth targets You Bring: • 5+ years of experience in account management within healthcare, medical devices, or hospital sales • Proven ability to manage key accounts and build strong networks with hospitals and cardiologists • Fluency in French or Dutch (English is a plus)• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills • Entrepreneurial drive, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset We Offer: • Competitive compensation (~€100K gross: 75% fixed / 25% bonus)• Benefits including company car, laptop, phone, tablet, eco vouchers, and hospital insurance • Flexible work environment • Support from a dedicated mentor and opportunities for professional growth • Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture with a focus on impact and performance About Us: We are a leading healthcare organization committed to delivering high-quality intervention cardiology solutions and building long-term relationships with hospitals and medical professionals.
