Voor een farmaceutische productieomgeving zoeken we een Contamination Control Engineer. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van microbiële controle binnen processen, cleanrooms en utilities. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams om kwaliteitsnormen te handhaven en verbeteringen door te voeren. Takenpakket Microbiële controle Opstellen van monitoringplannen en limieten voor processen, cleanrooms en utilities. Uitvoeren van trendanalyses en rapportages van microbiële data. Opstellen van Performance Qualification-documenten voor cleanrooms en utilities. Definiëren en implementeren van verbeteracties. Afwijkingen en wijzigingen Onderzoeken van afwijkingen als coördinator of onderzoekleider. Beoordelen van microbiële impact bij voorgestelde wijzigingen. Aanleveren van microbiële informatie voor impactanalyses. Uitwerken van de algemene Contamination Control-strategie op de site. Transversale activiteiten Actief deelnemen aan awareness- en trainingssessies rond Contamination Control. Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor expertise op dit gebied. Ondersteunen bij inspecties en audits. Projectondersteuning Meewerken aan siteverbeteringsprojecten, zoals nieuwe productlanceringen en opschalingsinitiatieven. Profiel Masterdiploma in Farmaceutische Wetenschappen, Biotechnologie of Life Sciences (of gelijkwaardig). Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de farmaceutische industrie, bij voorkeur in productie of kwaliteitsoperaties. Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
