HVAC Package Owner

Overview We are seeking an experienced HVAC Package Owner to lead the design, installation, and commissioning of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for a major pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Belgium.  Responsibilities Supervise HVAC installation for pharma manufacturing facility including air handling units, cleanroom systems, and process ventilationOversee installation of critical cleanroom HVAC systems, temperature and humidity control systems, and contamination control equipmentCoordinate with process engineering teams to ensure proper integration of HVAC systems with pharmaceutical manufacturing processesManage HVAC construction teams and subcontractors to deliver systems on schedule while maintaining GMP compliance requirementsSupervise installation of emergency ventilation systems and critical environment monitoring systemsEnsure compliance with HVAC codes, safety directives, and pharmaceutical industry standards for controlled environmentsCoordinate pre-commissioning activities Manage quality control processes including inspection, testing, and documentation required for facility validationOversee commissioning and qualification activities for HVAC systems in accordance with validation protocolsCoordinate with regulatory affairs and quality assurance teams to ensure HVAC systems meet regulatory requirements Qualifications Supervisory experience in HVAC construction, preferably within pharmaceutical or process manufacturing environmentsStrong knowledge of HVAC regulations, safety standards, and pharma industry requirements for controlled environmentsExperience with pharma manufacturing facility HVAC systems, cleanroom design, and contamination controlUnderstanding of GMP requirements for HVAC systems including documentation, testing, and validation protocolsProven ability to manage construction teams and coordinate complex technical installations in regulated environmentsDegree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related technical disciplineProficiency in English + Dutch and/or French advantageousD&IInclusion and Diversity are core to our culture and values.
