Package Owner E&I

Responsibilities Lead and manage electrical and instrumentation package delivery from design development through commissioning for a pharma manufacturing facilityOversee E&I design coordination including power distribution systems, process control integration, and instrumentation requirements for pharmaceutical operationsManage contractor selection, performance monitoring, and quality control for electrical installations including cleanroom power systems and process automationCoordinate with process engineers and automation specialists to ensure E&I systems meet pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements and regulatory standardsSupervise installation of critical electrical infrastructure including emergency power and UPS systemsEnsure compliance with electrical codes, EU safety directives, and pharmaceutical industry standards throughout E&I construction phasesManage package budgets, change control processes, and schedule adherence while maintaining quality standards for pharmaceutical-grade installationsFacilitate design reviews, technical specifications approval, and coordination meetings with multidisciplinary project teamsOversee E&I commissioning activities including system testing, loop checking, and performance qualification protocols for validation Qualifications Experienced managing E&I construction projects, preferably within pharmaceutical or process manufacturing industriesStrong knowledge of electrical regulations, EU safety standards, and pharmaceutical industry requirements for electrical and control systemsExperience with pharma facility qualification for electrical and instrumentation systemsUnderstanding of process control systems, automation technologies, and specialized electrical requirements for pharma manufacturingProven track record managing complex technical packages with multiple stakeholders and regulatory requirementsBachelor's degree / diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related technical disciplineProficiency in English + Dutch and/or French languages advantageousD&IInclusion and Diversity are core to our culture and values.
