In order to strenghten our Accounting Department , we are on the lookout for a freelance accountant, GL, with end to end experience. The ideal candidate has solid knowledge of Belgian and/or French accounting standards and practices.
GENERAL AND ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ACCOUNTING
- Entry and allocation of accounting records (invoices, expense reports, etc.)
- Reconciling supplier accounts
- Filing and archiving accounting documents
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE / CASH FLOW MONITORING
- Collaborating with sales teams to resolve client disputes
REPORTING AND ACCOUNTING CLOSURES
- Verifying the accuracy of accounting entries
- Preparing dashboards and regular financial reports
- Day-to-day administrative management (mail, supplies, service contracts, etc.)
- Keeping client follow-ups up to date
- Accuracy and reliability of accounting entries
- Achieving full autonomy in data entry and analysis
- Ensuring the accuracy of accounting entries at each closing
Avoiding backlog of accounting tasks at the end of the week
- Management of Doubtful Accounts
