Are you a customer service professional who excels in fast-paced, high-pressure situations? As a Judicial Coordinator in the Customer Service department, you will be the primary point of contact for law enforcement and emergency services within your team, ensuring they receive the critical information they need quickly and efficiently. You will manage sensitive requests, deliver outstanding service, and contribute to public safety, all while working in a dynamic, 24/7 environment. Support Legal Authorities: Manage requests from law enforcement, courts, and government agencies, ensuring timely and accurate responses to maintain legal compliance and address urgent matters.
Serve as the first point of contact for emergency services (100, 101, 112), providing immediate support during critical situations, including after hours, weekends, and holidays.
Confidentiality & Compliance: Protect sensitive information, sharing it only as required by law, while ensuring all actions are in strict adherence to legal requirements.
Customer-Focused: You have a strong background in customer service and are dedicated to helping others with clear communication and a friendly, approachable attitude.
Organized & Proactive: You excel at managing multiple tasks, staying organized, and taking initiative to resolve issues before they escalate.
Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using various software tools and have a willingness to learn new systems as needed.
Flexible & Available: You are open to being on standby 24/7, including evenings and weekends, to respond to urgent needs and emergencies.
Fluent in French, Dutch, and English: You can confidently communicate in all three languages, enabling you to engage with a diverse range of authorities and stakeholders.
