Je hebt een centrale rol binnen het bedrijf en bent aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega's. Zodra er een overeenkomst getekend is zorg je dat alles in orde gebracht is voor de bestelling, levering en facturatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzoeken van informatie, het opstellen en opvolgen van dossiers en verwerking van bestellingen . Jouw profiel Voor deze job als Sales Support zoekt Hays iemand die vlot communiceert in het Nederlands en Frans. Beschikt over een eerste relevante werkervaring in customer service, sales support of contractbeheer. Gemotiveerde schoolverlaters met een Bachelordiploma komen ook in aanmerking Daarnaast ben je administratief sterk, analytisch ingesteld en heb je een goede kennis Excel Kennis van SAP en/of Oracle is een pluspunt Tenslotte ben je leergierig waardoor je snel dingen oppikt en gemakkelijk met verschillende computersystemen overweg kan.
