L'ENTREPRISE NEO2 est un cabinet de conseil spécialisé dans l'industrie de procédé et les infrastructures. Depuis 2008, l'entreprise connaît une croissance exponentielle, avec l'ouverture de 9 agences en France et à l'étranger, devenant une référence pour les acteurs industriels. Nous comptons plus de 600 collaborateurs et collaborons avec 150 clients issus des secteurs de l'énergie, de l'environnement, de la pharmacie, de la santé, de l'agroalimentaire, de l'IT, du BTP et d'autres industries.
Après une première phase de développement réussie, nous consolidons notre position d'acteur clé du marché. Dans cette optique, nous ouvrons un nouveau bureau à Bruxelles et recherchons des Business Managers.
Chez NEO2, les Junior Business Managers (H/F) sont de véritables entrepreneurs. Échanger et identifier les besoins de vos clients dans le cadre de leurs projets industriels, ce qui nécessite une compréhension technique.
Négocier les contrats avec vos clients (tarifs, délais de paiement, etc.).
Gérer une équipe de consultants (pilotage de projet, gestion de carrière, gestion des situations critiques, etc.).
Tout au long de votre parcours d'apprentissage, vous serez accompagné par vos managers et collègues :
Un suivi continu : vidéos de formation, mises en situation, etc.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Vous avez l'âme d'un entrepreneur et êtes diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5 (école d'ingénieur ou de commerce). Vous souhaitez faire carrière dans l'industrie et contribuer au développement durable aux côtés de grands acteurs industriels. Vous êtes capable de communiquer efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variés (dirigeants, responsables techniques, ingénieurs achats, etc.).
Vous parlez couramment anglais et maîtrisez parfaitement le Néerlandais.
