As the Ecommerce Manager , your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals and the distinct positioning of each brand Leading and managing the e-commerce team Monitoring and improving e-commerce performance metrics while driving data-driven decisions to optimize sales and customer retention Collaborating with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure effective campaign execution, promotional planning, and inventory management Enhancing user experience (UX/UI) and customer engagement through tailored strategies Managing SEO/SEM campaigns, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and customer feedback mechanisms Exploring partnerships with agencies to support content and design needs.
