We're hiring: Scrum Master – Hybrid (Brussels) The profile we're looking for: Languages: English (mandatory); French and/or Dutch are a plus; At least 6 years of relevant experience; Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g. Jira); Expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques (e.g. Kanban); Experience in the management of multiple dependencies in complex (banking) organizations; Understanding of tooling on automated unit testing, automated functional testing and continuous integration tooling; Sound knowledge of software development methodology; Sound knowledge of project management methodology; Key to combine Agile coaching aspect and ownership of the delivery; Experience in big companies (to be able to manage the dependencies in a complex organization); Experience with multi-cultural teams; Good Agile mindset; Team player (with experience with multi-cultural teams); Communicative/ Organizer/ Knowledge sharing Location: Brussels.
