Voor één van onze topklanten in de FMCG-sector zijn we op zoek naar een Warehouse Project Manager . In deze sleutelrol krijg je de kans om een gloednieuw distributiecentrum van A tot Z uit te bouwen en neem je de leiding over het volledige project. Ben jij iemand die technische expertise koppelt aan leiderschap en een duidelijke visie ? Heb je al vaker complexe warehouse- en automatisatieprojecten succesvol gerealiseerd? Dan is dit de uitdaging die je zoekt Leiding nemen over complexe automatiserings-, uitbreidings- en integratieprojecten binnen het distributiecentra. Inspireren en aansturen van internationale, multidisciplinaire projectteams. Zorgen voor een strakke projectplanning en tijdige oplevering. Beheren van projectbudgetten, inclusief financiële rapportage en forecasting. Garanderen van een vlotte uitvoering door risicoanalyse en -beheersing. Faciliteren van communicatie tussen technische en niet-technische stakeholders. Coördineren tussen engineering, IT, operations, bouw en automatisering. Fungeren als centraal escalatiepunt. Zorgen voor operationele gereedheid via training, testen, go-live ondersteuning en optimalisatie. Aantoonbare ervaring in het managen van complexe CAPEX-projecten in sterk geautomatiseerde distributie- en fulfilmentcentra. Ervaring met WMS/WES/WCS en high throughput systemen. PMP certificering is een plus. Sterke vaardigheden in budgetbeheer en risicomanagement, met behoud van technische precisie en strategische afstemming. Sterk in coördineren en integreren van cross-functionele teams. Assertief, kritisch, resultaatsgericht en besluitvaardig. Rol in Senior Management.
