Fujitsu is looking for an Expert in Artificial Intelligence to work on high-impact, on-site projects in Brussels. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain AI solutions integrating NLP, ML, and Generative AI. Define and implement AI solution architectures, selecting appropriate models, components, and technologies. Present AI solution blueprints to technical and business audiences and facilitate discussions. Train and deploy custom ML and deep learning models, including transformer-based architectures. Support best practices in data management, metadata, model versioning, and MLOps. Mandatory Expertise Excellent knowledge of Python and AI/ML/NLP libraries and frameworks (e.g. pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, spaCy, scikit-learn, OpenAI). Proven experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, agentic workflows (LangChain, CrewAI), function calling, MCP, and traditional ML in production. Strong experience with data pipelines, metadata/model versioning, and SQL & NoSQL databases (Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Cassandra). Strong experience deploying AI solutions on AWS and/or Azure. Solid background in DevOps and software engineering: Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Agile. Ability to independently design, test, document, and integrate AI/ML components.
