As an Digital Transformation Manager, you are responsible for:
Co-create and manage transformation roadmaps with clients, structuring work into tangible phases that deliver business impact at every step.
Excel at managing stakeholders across technical and business domains.
Support leadership teams with organizational design, operating model shifts, team upskilling, and agile delivery structures.
Lead blended teams (internal & client-side) in a hands-on and servant leadership style — guiding rather than commanding.
8+ years of experience in digital transformation, management consulting, or program leadership roles, ideally within complex or regulated environments.
~ Familiarity with enterprise change tools: from roadmapping and value tracking to capability assessments, maturity models, or agile portfolio management.
~ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
~ Skilled in surfacing resistance, managing ambiguity, and helping organizations move from intent to impact.
~ A unique group of colleagues and a partner/coach by your side, all there to help.
