Pour notre client, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Junior Asset manager, possédant +/- 3 à 6 ans d'expérience et parlant couramment le Français et le Néerlandais - l'anglais est un plus)
Sur le plan commercial, vous participez activement à la location et à la commercialisation : visites, informations, préparation d’offres, négociations avec les locataires (nouveaux et existants), rédaction de contrats de location.
Vous vous occupez de la gestion des locataires, du suivi commercial et de la préparation des contrats.
Vous collaborez avec des collègues de différents départements tels que property management, finance, marketing, ainsi qu'avec des partenaires externes.
Vous collectez et analysez des données sur la performance des bâtiments et faites des suggestions d’amélioration..
Vous êtes en contact et négociez avec les locataires et partenaires externes, selon la complexité des fichiers en support de l’Asset Manager.
Vous réfléchissez en même temps aux actions commerciales, aux projets et aux nouveaux services. Vous avez déjà une certaine expérience de 3 ans minimum dans l'immobilier et la gestion de projet.
Vous parlez couramment le français et le néerlandais. Votre connaissance de l'anglais vous sera également utile.
Votre excellente connaissance de Word, votre bonne connaissance d'Excel, d'Outlook vous seront certainement utiles. La connaissance de Sharepoint et SAP est certes un atout mais pas une obligation.
De plus, vous êtes aussi très bien organisé et vous combinez un esprit analytique et créatif avec la capacité de prendre des initiatives.
En bref : vous deviendrez pas à pas un Asset Manager à part entière avec une vision large de l'immobilier.
