En tant qu'Account Manager, vous serez le conseiller de confiance et le partenaire stratégique d’un portefeuille de clients prestigieux. Vous serez au cœur de nos relations clients, veillant à ce que chaque interaction soit pertinente et que chaque opportunité soit exploitée au maximum.
Identifier les opportunités de vente additionnelle, de vente croisée et d’expansion au sein de vos comptes.
Collaborer avec les équipes Produit, Ventes et Support pour offrir une expérience client optimale.
Suivre les performances et assurer un reporting précis dans notre CRM.
Évolution de carrière : Opportunités d'avancement au sein d'une entreprise en pleine expansion.
Culture dynamique : Créativité, énergie et idées novatrices sont les bienvenues.
Profil recherché :
Vous n'êtes pas qu'un simple gestionnaire de relations clients : vous êtes un penseur stratégique, un résolveur de problèmes proactif et un excellent communicateur. Qualités clés que nous valorisons :
Résilience et adaptabilité : Vous gardez votre sang-froid sous pression et en ressortez plus fort.
2 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de comptes, succès client ou vente dans un environnement SaaS ou technologique.
~ Expérience avec les outils CRM (Odoo est un plus).
~ Maîtrise du français et bon niveau d'anglais ou de néerlandais (écrit et oral).
