We’re seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Client Relationship Manager to strengthen our client partnerships and support our business growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding our client portfolio, developing trusted relationships and identifying new opportunities across international markets.
If you’re a confident communicator with a proven experience in client account management, sales, and contract negotiation – and you thrive in a fast-paced, international setting – this position offers the chance to make a real impact within a growing consultancy.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Wavre, with some work-from-home options available.
Account Management & Client Growth
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, from commercial negotiations to ongoing relationship management.
Deliver exceptional service and customized solutions that strengthen client loyalty.
Maintain an active international sales pipeline and contribute to the company’s global growth strategy.
Monitor client satisfaction and retention metrics, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align client objectives with company goals.
International Sales & Market Development
Act as a trusted ambassador for BIORIUS, promoting the company’s expertise in cosmetic regulatory consulting and related services.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus, but not a must - relevant experience matters too
Minimum 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in client relationship management, account management, or B2B sales.
Background in the cosmetics industry or a related sector.
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). Additional languages, particularly Spanish and Korean, are considered a plus.
Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, international environment.
