•You will be involved in the preparation of legal documentation such as agreements, change of status, board minutes, capital increases and so on.
•You will be in charge of the organization and preparation of board and shareholder meetings, and general meetings (annual, extraordinary).
•Additionally, you will handle compliance checks (AML/KYC analysis) and file remediations for your clients, although these tasks will be a minority. Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Fiduciary – Corporate •Currently, you have acquired at least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a Luxembourgish structure (PFS, Fiduciary).
•For this position, you should be fluent in French and English to maintain excellent internal and external communications, both with colleagues, clients and third parties.
•You are looking to join a dynamic and tight-knit team for the following years to come and want to become a key member of the fiduciary.
•You are able to present a stable career path and are not interested in frequently job hopping, but you would much rather invest yourself long term in a company.
