TAKEN & VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN Je beheert (remote) de IT-infrastructuur bij onze klanten: vaak uitdagend, altijd boeiend. Je analyseert technische issues en zoekt samen met je team naar slimme oplossingen. Je houdt systemen in topvorm met onderhoud, upgrades en lifecycle management. Je draait mee in projecten: van voorbereiding in ons lab tot installatie en training bij de klant. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten – jij maakt het verschil. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Soms duik je in complexe puzzels, andere dagen geef je demo’s of ondersteun je klanten. Afwisseling genoeg VAARDIGHEDEN & OPLEIDING Je hebt een bachelor, master of ingenieursdiploma in IT, elektronica of telecom. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Engels. Kennis van het Frans is troef Je hebt ervaring als 2nd line support of system engineer. Je bent een echte allrounder met brede IT-interesses. Je hebt basiskennis netwerken en je voelt je thuis in Windows-serveromgevingen. Kennis van Linux, virtualisatie (VMware, Nutanix) of voice, video .... systems? Helemaal top Je bent analytisch, flexibel, leergierig en klantgericht. Je hebt een rijbewijs B. Na je inwerkperiode ben je ook bereid om deel te nemen aan een on-call systeem.
