We are looking for an dynamic Trainee to join the Invoicing, Billing & Payments - LUX team Start date :
Duration: 12 months
Activity rate: part-time (80%) or full-time (100%) Your roleThe Funds Billing & Payments Trainee is part of the Client servicing unit within the Funds Operations department. The mission of the invoicing and billing team consists mainly of handling fund suppliers invoices, payments and monitoring fees budgets implemented by the funds.Missions :
  • Process Fund Suppliers invoices and payments in a timely manner according to the invoices handling deadlines
  • Monitor fund fees budgets
  • Handle client queries relating to invoices & payments, liaise with internal and external stakeholders involved in the invoice payment process
  • Contribute to the maintenance of procedures and controls to ensure transparency and risk monitoring
Your profileEducational background and employment experience:
  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of financial products and fund administration
Language knowledge:
  • Professional command of English and French
