As an Inside Account Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by generating, qualifying, and managing leads through both inbound and outbound channels. Working closely with our Business Development Manager and channel partners, you’ll help build a strong and high-quality sales pipeline, directly contributing to increased conversion rates and revenue.

By identifying new business opportunities and supporting strategic expansion, your work will be essential in boosting the team’s efficiency, ensuring sales readiness, and helping the company reach its growth objectives.
En tant qu’Inside Account Representative, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la croissance de l’entreprise en générant, qualifiant et gérant des leads à travers des canaux entrants et sortants. En étroite collaboration avec notre Business Development Manager et nos partenaires de distribution, vous contribuerez à bâtir un pipeline commercial solide et de qualité, influençant directement le taux de conversion et les revenus.

En identifiant de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et en soutenant l’expansion stratégique, votre travail sera essentiel pour améliorer l’efficacité de l’équipe, garantir sa préparation commerciale et contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise.
Des déplacements occasionnels peuvent être nécessaires pour des réunions clients et des événements professionnels.


Native/bilingual-level French and business-level English proficiency are required.
Requires 3+ years of account management. Experience with cold calling, lead generation and qualifying potential clients / Web Research. Maîtrise du français (langue maternelle ou niveau bilingue) et de l’anglais professionnel exigée.
Expérience en prospection téléphonique, génération de leads, qualification de clients potentiels et recherche en ligne. Succès avéré dans la communication et la collaboration avec des interlocuteurs techniques et non techniques
Expérience préalable dans un poste en interface avec les unités opérationnelles internes, le siège social et des partenaires externes est un plus
