Als Sales Excellence Coordinator ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze commerciële flow. Je zorgt dat onze salesorganisatie niet alleen draait, maar blinkt. Met jouw inzicht, nieuwsgierigheid en gevoel voor efficiëntie maak je het verschil tussen "gewoon goed" en "excellent". Wat je elke dag mag doen Onze salescollega's ondersteunen bij rapporten, forecast en klantopvolging. Salesforce beheren als echte superuser: je kent alle hoekjes van het systeem en helpt anderen om er het maximale uit te halen. Data tot leven brengen in Power BI - jij ziet wat de cijfers écht zeggen. Slimme verbeteringen spotten in onze processen en ze ook effectief doorvoeren. Sparren met marketing, finance en management om onze commerciële werking naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Je ondersteunt in het uitwerken van onze tarieven en zoekt naar feedback bij alle stakeholders om een zo optimaal mogelijke prijszetting uit te werken. Wat jou typeert Je combineert analytisch denkvermogen met praktische zin: je wil dat dingen kloppen én werken. Je kent of wil leren werken met Salesforce en Power BI. Je communiceert vlot - zowel in cijfers als in mensentaal. Je wordt blij van structuur, duidelijkheid en teamwork. Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een relevante richting (of gelijkwaardige ervaring).
