Head of Corporate Actions and Tariffs

You will lead two teams responsible for corporate action management and tariff management, ensuring that all operations are carried out accurately and efficiently.Your roleManagement ⦠Manage two teams: develop and foster cross-functional skills within the respective team and between teams, empower employees, contribute to their development, conduct motivating and meaningful performance interviews, manage leave fairly.
⦠Assess the volume and complexity of the team’s workload regularly on the basis of KPIs to be communicated to management.
⦠Ensure rigorous and proactive management of risks associated with the activities, identify and propose solutions to improve internal processes and the control environment.
⦠Communicate, advocate for and implement strategic objectives derived from the vision and mission of the two teams.Corporate Actions ⦠Ensure that corporate events are handled with a high level of service quality, while being collectively responsible for the operational success of other activities within the department.
⦠Ensure compliance with regulations and legal requirements related to corporate actions.Tariffs ⦠Participate in the pricing codification for ;
⦠Establish and develop quality control for pricing configurations.
⦠Provide support to internal clients.
Your profile⦠Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
⦠Ability to develop your team and foster cross-functional skills.
⦠Advanced analytical skills, capability to design and develop tools and procedures.
⦠Ability to adhere to deadlines, to plan tasks and anticipate and solve problems.
⦠Excellent knowledge of Corpac, good understanding of financial products.
⦠Proficient in SWIFT messaging and standard office applications.
⦠Familiar with financial information websites (Telekurs, Bloomberg, etc.).
⦠Knowledge of Avaloq would be a considerable asset.
⦠Professional experience in Tariffs would be a significant ;
