Senior Corporate Officer

•You prepare and organize board meetings and shareholder meetings and are also responsible for the documentation linked to these ( board minutes, resolutions).
•You are in direct contact with your clients and act as primary point of contact when they have questions or need advice.
•You will report to the Head of Legal, who cares about coaching and assisting the team continuously and has been a member of the fiduciary for many years. Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate – Fiduciary- PFS •You have at least 7 years of experience as Corporate Officer or Legal Officer in a fiduciary, PSF, ManCo or Big Four in Luxembourg.
•You are autonomous in handling a client portfolio and have also handled the direct contact with your clients.
•You communicate easily in English, in writing and verbally.
•You have a strong background in handling a portfolio of SOPARFI/Holdings and are interested in joining a fiduciary with loyal clients .
•You care about offering assistance that is not only personalized, but also handled in a professional and quality-oriented way. This can reach up to € per year . Furthermore, you will benefit from an annual bonus .
