• Corporate Governance : Lead the management and coordination of corporate governance and their day-to-day lifecycle.
• Board Meeting Coordination : Facilitate and organize board meetings, drafting agenda items, preparing meeting materials, and taking minutes to ensure proper record-keeping.
• Collaborative Leadership and Coaching: Under the supervision of the department’s manager, allocate missions and review deliverables of the more junior team members. Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer - Legal – Corporate – PFS – Funds – AIF - UCITS •Are you a seasoned professional with at least 3 years of experience in fiduciary, PSF, or asset management firms in Luxembourg ? • English written and spoken is a prerequisite for the role, as well as good knowledge of French.
