We have the great pleasure to assist our long-time partner, which is a PFS with over 10 years of experience in Luxembourg. Represented by more than 100 employees, this structure has become quite an important and prestigious structure in the Grand Duchy.Not only its collaborators but also competitors recognize this PFS as a company with high technical standards and having a certain prestige. For this reason, it offers outstanding trainings to many talents in the financial and legal field in Luxembourg.This structure found it important to be able to provide an A to Z service to its clients (Soparfi, holdings, PE/RE funds…) which is why the clients can count on them for the accounting, tax, fund administration and legal services.With very beautiful offices located on the outskirts of the city, making it easy for cross-border workers of even residents to avoid the heaviest traffic jams of the city, this PFS offers an easy access both by public transport as by car.As a Senior Corporate Officer in this PSF, you will work closely with some of the greatest talents in the legal field as this structure regroups only the most qualified people in Luxembourg.Lastly, you will benefit from a very complete salary package , and you can also count on regular trainings, a strong career evolution and other advantages such as the in-house gym, office ergonomics and regular homeworking days .
Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate - PSF •You handle the day to day legal/corporate life for a portfolio of SOPARFI mainly from the constitution to the liquidation/dissolution.
•You draft and review corporate documentation and agreements.
•You are responsible for handling communications with third parties (banks, auditors, administrations) as well as with your clients.
•You prepare and organize board and shareholder meetings and may be asked to assist.
•You will be the first point of contact for junior corporate officers and are happy to provide assistance when necessary.
•You will report directly to your manager who has more than 15 years of experience in the field.
Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Corporate - PSF •You have at least 2 and a half years of experience as a corporate/legal officer and would consider yourself to be quite autonomous in handling a portfolio.
•Fluency in German is mandatory as you will work on German speaking clients as well. A professional level of English is necessary as you will be surrounded by people coming from all over the world and the vehicular language is English.
•You have a good understanding of the legal industry in Luxembourg and the applicable legislation.
•You are experienced on SOPARFI, AIF will be a plus, and want to handle these type of clients for the future.
