You also develop a strong internal network within KPMG and support team growth by sharing knowledge and coaching colleagues. Hands‑on experience with Role-Based Security in SAP/Microsoft or setting up GRC tools is a plus. You enjoy working independently as well as in a diverse project team. You hold (or can demonstrate experience equivalent to) certifications in internal control, security, or related areas. Knowledge or certifications in GRC tools (SAP GRC, ServiceNow GRC) and experience with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus. You are confident working with AI tools, maintain a critical mindset in using AI in everyday tasks, and contribute positively to team collaboration. You’re fluent in English and Dutch or French.
