Account Manager – Venue Events (Brussels)
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and commercially driven Account Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of an exceptional venue in Brussels. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will oversee every aspect of their journey, from the initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to person for clients: manage inquiries, follow up on venue visits, and provide detailed information about our services.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute seamless events by handling logistics, staffing, and equipment needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Ensure clients high satisfaction and care by handling any issues or concerns that may arise before, during, and after an event and most importantly, by acting proactively to prevent any problem or unexpected event
- Develop and manage event timelines to guarantee smooth execution.
- Prepare event proposals and contracts while maintaining accurate client data.
Your Profile:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Languages: Fluency in French, Dutch, and English (Dutch native is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in event planning and management.
- Technical skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of event-related technology and equipment, project management skills
- Soft skills: Exceptional organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to the detail.
