Business Development Manager

Exide Technologies is voor de divisie Motion voor het rayon België op zoek naar een ervaren Business Development Manager. De divisie Motion is gespecialiseerd in batterijen en laadapparatuur voor interne transportmiddelen en andere elektrische voertuigen.

In deze functie krijg je een brede commerciële verantwoordelijkheid voor zowel OEM's en dealers als grote eindgebruikers. Je richt je zowel op de factory deliveries als op de "after market" waarbij het taak is om de eindgebruiker (bijvoorbeeld in de zware industrie, bouwmaterialen etc.) te informeren over de energieoplossingen welke Exide kan bieden om de vloot te optimaliseren of besparingen te realiseren. Je focust op specifieke marktsegmenten zoals cold stores.

Het is belangrijk dat je strategisch kan schakelen en het als een uitdaging ziet om opdrachten binnen dit marksegment te veroveren en relaties uit te bouwen. Je bewerkt bestaande klanten en pleegt veel acquisitie. Je analyseert de behoefte van de klant en kan meepraten over oplossingen op een enthousiaste professionele en vooruitstrevende manier.

Voor het uitwerken van offertes en het bedenken van oplossingen krijg je ondersteuning van een customer service team. Maar je dient ook zelf over de nodige technische kennis te (gaan) beschikken om bij de opdrachtgever aan tafel te kunnen sparren.

Functieprofiel

- Bachelor werk - en denk niveau met ervaring binnen de sales door behaalde resultaten;

- Relevante ervaring in de B2B verkoop van industriële/technische producten;

- Affiniteit met technische producten;

- Een commercieel gedreven hunter met een winnaarsmentaliteit;

- Kan presenteren, onderhandelen, discussies voeren;

- Beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;

- Heeft een goede beheersing van Microsoft Office;

- Gewend om met KPI's te werken en budgetten en doelstellingen;

- Sterk analytisch inzicht en marktkennis;

- Kan zelfstandig verkoopacties plannen en uitvoeren.

Wat wij bieden

Een arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd. Verder heb je jaarlijks recht op 20 verlofdagen, 12 ADV dagen, een eindejaarsuitkering ter hoogte van één maandloon en neem je deel aan het bonussysteem. Voor het uitoefenen van de functie zal een bedrijfsauto, smartphone en laptop ter beschikking worden gesteld.
