Function / Key tasks
Supervise the Statutory Accounting and Controlling teams, reporting directly to the CFO.
Ensure the Finance department operates efficiently and acts as a true business partner.
Oversee cash management, tax, legal, local and group financial statements.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and three-year planning processes.
Provide strategic analysis to management and actively contribute to the digital transformation of the Finance department.
Manage a team of five, supported by the Head of Accounting and the Senior Controller&Product Owner Finance.
Profile
~ Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
~5 to 7 years’ experience managing a finance team.
~ Experience or strong interest in digital transformation and the integration of AI in finance.
~ Ability to coach, unite, and develop team members.
~ Excellent analytical and communication skills.
~ Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (professional level).
~ Strong command of MS Office.
