Wat ga je doen? Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor nieuwe klanten en prospecten zorg jij voor een professionele onboarding binnen Acerta. Aansluitingsdossiers worden door jou zorgvuldig opgesteld, aangepast en toegelicht – zowel op kantoor als bij de klant. De kwaliteit van klantendossiers blijft onder jouw waakzaam oog gegarandeerd, in nauwe samenwerking met payroll advisors en teamleaders. Vragen en klachten neem je ter harte en volg je op tot alles volledig opgelost is. Met een ondernemende blik denk je mee over nieuwe diensten en kansen voor samenwerking, zowel intern als extern. Energie haal je uit contacten met ondernemers en het helder uitleggen van complexe wetgeving. Binnen een hecht team dat samenwerking hoog in het vaandel draagt, krijg je de vrijheid om zelfstandig te werken. Wat breng je mee? Ervaring in loonadministratie of een sterke interesse in payroll en sociale wetgeving vormt een stevig vertrekpunt. Communicatief sta je sterk, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans; kennis van Engels is mooi meegenomen. Structuur en precisie kenmerken jouw manier van werken, ook in een dynamische context. Problemen aanpakken en duidelijke oplossingen bieden aan klanten geeft je zichtbaar voldoening. Wat bieden we jou? Hier ben jij onze grootste troef. Uiteraard kan je op heel wat meer rekenen: Dankzij gerichte opleidingen kan je groeien in je job en investeren we samen in je professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Je krijgt een contract van onbepaalde duur (37,5u) met flexibele werkuren en 40 betaalde verlof- en feestdagen (waarvan 29 vrij te kiezen). Je ontvangt een vergoeding van 11€/dag. Daarnaast krijg je maaltijdcheques van €8/dag, ecocheques van €205 en cadeaucheques van €40 op jaarbasis. De mogelijkheid om thuis te werken. Een bedrijfswagen. We bieden jou een uitgebreid verzekeringspakket: een hospitalisatieverzekering (uitbreidbaar naar gezinsleden) en een groepsverzekering (pensioenspaarplan, overlijdensdekking en verzekering gewaarborgd inkomen bij langdurige ziekte). Via ons cafetariaplan stel je jouw eigen loonpakket samen.
