We are seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial projects, driving the full lifecycle of MEP & FIA packages from planning through commissioning. This is a key leadership role with significant impact, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of MEP & FIA packages on major commercial projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Monitor project progress, preparing regular reports and proactively mitigating risks.
Develop, track, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Oversee installation and commissioning to ensure alignment with design specifications.
Run project meetings and coordinate with other construction disciplines.
Ensure all works comply with relevant regulations, permits, and construction standards.
Build and maintain strong client and contractor relationships.
Requirements
~ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
~10+ years’ experience managing MEP & FIA systems on large commercial construction projects.
~ Strong expertise in MEP systems, fire protection, design, and installation.
~ Proven experience on data centre or pharmaceutical projects (strongly preferred).
~ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
~ Experience with construction contracts such as FIDIC or NEC.
~ Skilled in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
~ Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
~ PMP certification is a plus.
