The Production Assistant plans, coordinates, and manages various localisation productions from the onset of the budget creation to utilization of resources, sets timelines and performs continuous oversight through to product delivery. Key to this position is being the main contact partner between our clients and local and international production teams, adjusting plans within the production workflow as needed while ensuring Iyuno’s company standards and client requirements are simultaneously met along the full life cycle of the production.
The Production Assistant will build and maintain strong relationships with sound engineers, directors, and translation team while working in tandem with the Production team and the Booking Team.
In this role you report to the Team Lead Production Management.
Overall production output and quality measured in percentage of projects completed on time and within budget
Timely forecasting and invoicing of all productions in Navision
Maintaining all production systems with relevant information and milestone dates at any time
Monthly production output measured in minutes produced – individual KPI reflecting different production levels and complexity
Be a focal point for all stakeholders on a production, and ensure key information and resources are applied to projects
Secure all project details are communicated to local production team and other relevant individuals
Production planning, payment lines and budgets are entered to a system/EDMS, Tops, Navision
Production management, planning, scheduling from order to delivery
Understanding the guidelines associated with clients and training internal teams to meet these requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English, Flemish language skills are very desirable
