Are you ready to elevate your career as an Order Management Officer? Join a dynamic team where you'll play a pivotal role in managing transactional flows and ensuring seamless execution. We're seeking detail-oriented individuals with a background in economics and a passion for financial markets. You engage with Advisory & Contact Centers, Private Banking, and Portfolio Managers to manage transactional flows and guarantee seamless execution of transactions;
You manage the corporate actions procedures and monitor the client's selected options;
You take charge of creating a variety of reports and presentations for management review.
Possesses a solid comprehension of the risks tied to order management, valuing superior operational practices, including Best Execution and Timely Execution;
Exhibits a strong client-centric approach, complemented by exceptional communication abilities and a collaborative team mentality;
Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, a well-organized nature, and the capability to achieve results under tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality standards are met;
Holds a Master’s degree in economics or a closely related field, coupled with a keen interest in financial markets and a comprehensive understanding of Capital Markets products;
Fluency in two local languages (French/Dutch) as well as English is essential.
