Field Service Manager Type: Permanent
A global Pharma company is seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to oversee and elevate field service operations across Belgium. You will lead a team of skilled field technicians and collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve service quality, efficiency, and performance.
Lead, mentor, and develop the field service team to foster high performance, accountability, and a strong customer focus.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development for all field technicians.
Ensure efficient execution of installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs while improving response times, workflow efficiency, and overall service quality.
Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimise field processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of service contracts.
Develop and implement field service strategies that support business growth and strengthen operational performance.
Analyse operational data, track key performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Maintain robust quality control across service operations and champion a strong safety-first culture.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
~5+ years’ experience in field service management with proven leadership of technical teams.
~ Demonstrated success managing complex service operations and customer-facing challenges.
~ Experience with budgeting, operational planning, and service management tools.
