Field Service Manager – Belgium
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead operations across Belgium. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of field service technicians.
Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management.
Ensure efficient delivery of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services.
Drive improvements in response times, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Manage budgets, optimize processes, and enhance productivity.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of service contracts.
Provide performance reporting and strategic insights to senior management.
Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and quality policies.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus).
~5+ years’ experience in field service management with proven leadership success.
~ Experience managing budgets, operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
~ Data-driven decision-making and comfort with analytics.
Experience in change management and continuous improvement.
