Avertim is looking for a Senior Business Manager to grow our Energy Business Unit and drive the expansion of our consulting services in the Belgian market. As Senior Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our development focusing on : Business Development Drive the expansion of consulting activities by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for developing and managing a robust client portfolio, ensuring alignment with Avertim's strategic business outcomes: performance, innovation, and compliance. Team Leadership and Development Lead, grow, and inspire a high-performing team of consultants and dynamic Business Managers. Collaborate closely with Avertim's HR department to implement career development and engagement initiatives, fostering continuous professional growth and team motivation. Delivery Oversee the successful delivery of projects led either by you and your consultant team, while ensuring client satisfaction. Provide clear direction and operational oversight, with a strong focus on nurturing client partnership. Leverage your team's expertise to deliver exceptional results, creating lasting value for clients and contributing to positive change across their organizations. Your Profile: Master's Degree in Business, Business Management, or a related field. 6 to 10 years of proven experience with experience in management, preferably within consulting. Fluency in Dutch and/or French and English is essential. Strong entrepreneurial spirit with leadership capabilities. Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated commercial acumen with a track record of driving business growth and achieving targets. High levels of resilience, ambition, and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results.
