Senior Business Development Manager – Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging – Brussels – Hybrid – Up to 50% Uncapped Bonus Location: Belgium
Languages Required: Bilingual in English and Dutch or French
Work Type: Freelance OR Permanent
Our client, a rapidly growing company in the electric vehicle (EV) charging and energy sector, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager .
The successful candidate will be passionate about sustainable energy and technology, and skilled at developing and nurturing relationships with installation partners, wholesalers, and automotive retailers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with installation and distribution partners, including electrical installers, wholesalers, and car retailers.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and market expansion targets.
Collaborate closely with the wider sales and support teams, ensuring accurate CRM data capture and reporting.
Represent the business at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows across Belgium and Europe.
Occasional travel to the London office for team meetings and collaboration.
Proven success in a business development or sales role, ideally within the EV charging, solar, or broader energy sectors.
Comfortable with cold-calling, lead generation, and developing new business channels.
Language Requirements:
Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch or French.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Remote working, based in Brussels offering flexibility and autonomy.
Work alongside a passionate, collaborative, and values-driven team.
