Management Events , a dynamic B2B growth company, is seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager to be part of our growth story. We connect decision-makers with solution providers globally through exclusive, high-quality events, empowering our clients to maximize their return on investment with our lead generation services.
This role is sales-driven, as you'll act as an extension of our sales team, fostering long-term customer relationships and driving repeat business.

Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with clients
Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify up-selling, cross-selling, and portfolio sales opportunities, contributing to increased customer lifetime value
Demonstrate excellent time management skills, prioritizing tasks and responsibilities to maintain a focus on both strategic goals and client needs
Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within sales, account management, customer success or a similar field in the Belgium market 
Proficiency in Flemish  and professional   English. French is seen as an advantage
