Personally lead complex, high-value sales efforts with enterprise and large commercial customers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our customer base, drive renewals, and increase adoption.
Identify and cultivate strategic collaborations with industry partners, technology providers, and other key stakeholders to expand Virto Solar's reach and impact.
Optimize sales & onboarding processes: Utilize HubSpot CRM for sales growth: Ensure effective tracking of leads, pipeline management, automation, and reporting to optimize sales performance.
Leverage data & insights: 5+ years of experience in sales and business development with a good understanding of customer success in B2B SaaS is a must.
~ Experience managing and mentoring a sales or customer success team.
~ Good knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including pipeline management, automation, and reporting.
~ Consultative sales mindset with a deep understanding of customer lifecycle management.
~ Passion for solar energy and software-driven solutions is a plus.
